1. Service

Pandrobe provides tools to upload clothing items, create outfits, explore content, manage friends, send borrow requests, like posts, report or block users and exchange messages. Pandrobe acts as a technology platform. Each user is responsible for the content they publish and for any arrangements they make with other users.

2. Accounts

To use the app, you must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You may not impersonate another person, sell your account, access another user's account or use Pandrobe if you have been suspended for violating these Terms.

3. User Content

You may upload photos, clothing items, outfits, profile information, messages and related content. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Pandrobe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, distribute within the app, moderate and operate the service.

You must not post illegal, offensive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, fraudulent or infringing content, or content that exposes another person's personal information without permission.

4. Borrowing and Clothing Exchanges

Pandrobe may help users send and manage borrow requests, but Pandrobe is not a party to agreements between users. Users are responsible for conditions, handoff, return, item condition and any related dispute. Use the app carefully and lend only to people you trust.

5. Chat and Conduct

Chat should be used for communication related to the app. Harassment, threats, spam, fraud, abusive content, unauthorized data collection or conduct that harms other users is not allowed.

6. Prohibited Use

• Posting false, misleading, illegal or infringing information.
• Harassing, discriminating against, threatening, extorting or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access systems, accounts, messages or data without authorization.
• Using automation, scraping, spam or techniques that harm service availability.
• Using the app for fraud, illegal activity or violations of applicable rules.

7. Moderation

Pandrobe allows users to report content and block users. We may review reports, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or delete accounts if we believe these Terms have been violated, there is risk to users, fraud, abuse or a legal requirement.

8. Privacy

Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Pandrobe, you understand that we process account, profile, clothing, outfit, friend, borrow request, message, report and technical data to operate and protect the app.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account from the app settings or by following the Delete account page. After deletion, personal data will be deleted or detached except for information that must be retained temporarily for legal obligations, security, support, anti-fraud purposes or dispute resolution.

10. Intellectual Property

The Pandrobe brand, logo, design, software, text and visual elements belong to their owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit them without authorization, except for uses allowed by the app.

11. Availability and Liability

Pandrobe is provided as is. We work to maintain a secure and stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. To the extent allowed by law, Pandrobe will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits or disputes between users related to borrowing or exchanges.

12. Changes and Contact
