This Privacy Policy explains how Pandrobe processes information needed to provide a digital wardrobe app with outfits, friends, borrowing, chat, reports and account management.

1. Controller and Contact
The controller is the owner and operator of Pandrobe. You can contact us about privacy, support, moderation, account deletion or data rights at [email protected].
2. Information We May Process
Depending on how you use the app, Pandrobe may process these categories of information:
- Account data: email address, user identifier, username, authentication data managed by our provider and verification information.
- Profile data: username, selected city or location, profile photo and any public information you choose to display.
- Wardrobe and content data: clothing photos, outfits, descriptions, brands, sizes, colors, patterns, seasons, locations, posts, likes and interactions.
- Friends and borrowing data: friend requests, accepted friendships, borrow requests, acceptance status, return status and withdrawn requests.
- Messages: conversations and metadata needed to deliver private chat between connected users.
- Moderation data: reports, blocks, reported content and records needed to investigate abuse, fraud or policy violations.
- Support data: messages sent to support and information needed to resolve the request.
- Technical data: device, operating system, IP address, technical identifiers, security events, errors and basic activity needed to maintain the app.
3. Device Permissions
Pandrobe may request access to the camera and photo library so you can upload clothing, outfit or profile photos. These permissions are used only when you choose to take or select an image. You can revoke permissions in your device settings.
4. Purposes
We use information to:
- Create, authenticate and protect accounts.
- Display and organize your wardrobe, clothing items, outfits and profiles.
- Enable search, friendships, borrowing, likes, reports, blocks and chat.
- Send verification codes, email change confirmations or password reset messages.
- Provide support and respond to legal or privacy requests.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized use and inappropriate content.
- Maintain, debug and improve Pandrobe's security and functionality.
5. Legal Basis
We process information to provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, protect users and the platform, pursue legitimate interests such as security, moderation and technical improvement, and where required, based on your consent.
6. Providers and Sharing
We may share information with providers needed to operate the app, including Supabase for authentication, database, storage and technical functions; email or infrastructure services; app stores; and authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Content Visibility
Some of your content may be visible to other users depending on the feature used, including profile information, clothing items, outfits, likes, requests or messages to friends. Do not post information that you do not want to share within the app.
8. Retention and Deletion
We keep information while your account is active or while needed to provide the service, resolve issues, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse or maintain security records. You can delete your account from settings or by following the instructions on the Delete account page.
9. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your information where applicable law allows. You may also revoke camera or photo library permissions in your device settings. To exercise rights, contact [email protected].
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as authentication, access rules, protected storage, moderation controls and encrypted communications where supported by our providers. No system is perfect, but we work to reduce risks of unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
11. Children
Pandrobe is not directed to children who are not old enough to use digital services under applicable law. If we identify an account created without valid authorization, we may restrict or delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy for legal, technical or functional changes. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
