Delete Account

Pandrobe allows users to delete their account from inside the app. This page explains the process for App Store and Google Play review requirements.
If you cannot access the app, contact [email protected] from the email linked to your account.
How to Delete Your Account in the App
- Open Pandrobe and sign in.
- Go to your wardrobe.
- Open settings or the account menu.
- Find the account or session section.
- Tap "Delete my account" and confirm the action.
What Is Deleted
When you delete your account, personal data linked to your user will be deleted or detached, including account data, profile information, clothing items, outfits, images, friendships, requests, likes, messages and interactions where applicable.
What May Be Kept Temporarily
Some information may be retained for the time needed to comply with legal obligations, security, anti-fraud, support, dispute resolution, reports, blocks or enforcement of terms. When it is no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymized.
Email Request
If you cannot use the in-app option, send an email from the address linked to your account stating that you want to delete it. Include the account email and, if available, your username.
